ADV MR. HARI DAS PAUL : Mr. Hari Das Paul Advocte on Record was born on 3th January, 1953 at Shariatpur , Bangladesh in a respectable Hindu family. He obtained M.A, LL.B,LL.M degree from university of Dhaka . He is former Teacher in the Department of Law, at University of Dhaka. He enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1981 and now practicing in the Appellate Division, Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of Bangladesh.He is also an accredited mediator, IIAM.
ADV HUMAYUN KABIR SIKDER: I, am HUMAYUN KABIR SIKDER, Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh, Accredited Mediator, Arbitrator & Business Deal Negotiator, BIMS & IIAM. I am the permanent Citizen of Bangladesh and born in the District of Barishal.That I am permanently living in Dhaka.That on 10.09.1993 I was enroled as an advocate in the Bangladesh Bar Council, Dhaka and on 15.03.1999 I was got Membership in the Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association, Dhaka and from then regularly practicing in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Bangladesh, Dhaka. In the mean time, I have attended many kinds of important Cases in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Bangladesh and obtained the Judgment in favour of me and the said Judgment was published in various kinds of Law Journals in Bangladesh. I have also attended in many Mediation and Arbitration process to resolve the dispute between the parties and succeeded to resolve the dispute by using the process of Mediation and Arbitration. I have also attended many Mediation and Arbitration workshop in home and abroad and also attended as a trainer in different District in Bangladesh. Now, I am the Secretary of AAMA in Bangladesh Chapter. My main vision and mission is to upgrade the Mediation awareness of the common Litigant People in Bangladesh as well as out of the Country and to train the Litigant People how to resolve the dispute between the Parties in short time.
ADV. MS. AFSANA BEGUM: Adv. Ms. Afsana Begum born on 9th December, 1973 at Dhaka city, Dhaka Bangladesh in a respectable Muslim family. She obtained M.A, LL.B degree and enrolled as an Advocate in the year 2001 and now practicing in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Bangladesh. She is the reporter of ‘Bangladesh Law Times’. ADV. MS. SRIJONY TRIPURA: Adv. Ms. Srijony Tripura born on 16th December, 1987 at Khagrachori Hill District, Bangladesh. She obtained LL.B (Hons), LL.M degree from Northern University Bangladesh. Ms. Srijony enrolled as an Advocate in the year 2013 and now she practicing in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Bangladesh. ADV. A. B. M. SHAMSUL ALAM: A.B.M.Shamsul Alam Advocte was born on 1st March 1963 at Satkhira, Bangladesh in a respectable Muslim family. He obtained M.S.S, LL.B, degree from university of Dhaka . He enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1987 and now practicing in the High Division,Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He is also an accredited mediator, IIAM.
DR. MOHAMMAD SADIKUR RAHMAN: Dr. Mohammad Sadikur Rahman was born 11th June, 1977 in a village of Dowarabazar under Sunamgonj district. He completed B.SS (Hons) and M.SS in social work from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. After completing M.SS, he engaged in research works in various development organizations. He awarded PhD from University of Rajshahi. Mr. Rahman is working in social research and in the mean time a number of articles were published and many international conference papers written and presented by Mr. Rahman. He is the chief of research team of ‘Bangladesh Law Times’. He was an Eilart Sundte Researcher at UiA, Norway. He wrote 3 book both English and Bengali. Cell # +88-01715032439
